These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the online gallery ("Gallery") provided by Krystal Roina Photography ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Gallery, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Use of the Gallery

1.1. The Gallery is provided for the viewing, selection, and purchase of photographs taken by Krystal Roina Photography. 1.2. Access to the Gallery is granted only to clients who have booked a session with us and received a unique link or login credentials. 1.3. You may not share, distribute, or reproduce any images without prior written consent from us.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

2.1. All images in the Gallery are the exclusive property of Krystal Roina Photography and are protected under copyright laws. 2.2. Purchasing digital files grants you a limited, non-exclusive license for personal use only. Commercial use, editing, or resale is strictly prohibited unless explicitly agreed upon in writing.

3. Ordering and Payments

3.1. Orders for digital downloads, prints, or other products must be completed through the Gallery’s ordering system. 3.2. All payments must be made in full before orders are processed and delivered. 3.3. Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final, and no refunds or exchanges will be issued unless a technical issue occurs.

4. Gallery Availability and Access

4.1. The Gallery will be available for a limited time as specified in your contract or confirmation email. 4.2. We reserve the right to remove or restrict access to the Gallery at any time due to system maintenance, expiration of viewing periods, or other business decisions.

5. Privacy and Security

5.1. Your personal information collected through the Gallery is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. 5.2. We implement security measures to protect your data, but we cannot guarantee absolute security. Clients are responsible for safeguarding their login credentials.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1. We are not liable for any unauthorized use, loss, or corruption of your images due to third-party hosting services, technical failures, or client errors. 6.2. We are not responsible for any dissatisfaction with print or product quality from third-party vendors if prints are ordered outside our recommended professional lab.

7. Modifications to Terms

7.1. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Gallery after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

8. Governing Law

8.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of California.
